Grocery Shopping and the such...
I feel...: drained
Well, I suppose yesterday's visit to the grocery store was somewhat of a mixed blessing. It gave me some time to pick up some supplies (food cleaning supplies, for the use of science) that would have otherwise been difficult to ask for. Greed would have wondered why I needed extreme acids and bases... Nothing but basic chemistry, but Greed is curious, and I would have to explain it to him... On the other side, Kimblee is also just as curious, and that may have been a dangerous situation if I confided that acids and bases could cause explosions if combined...
But luckily, I avoided that ordeal when Archer happened to show up. I was rather grateful for that. He spoke to me about my research, and I might be given funding again.
Unfortunately, from what I understand, getting my grant to perform scientific research may be difficult due to the colonel's personal... morals. I might have to find my own test subject. Which is hardly perferable, but I will do it if necessary.
In other news, we're finally moving back to the Devil's Nest in two days. Greed wanted an extra day to make more cookies at this house (better supplies and cooks here, he said). So, I suppose I will have to put up with one more day here. The ceilings are incredibly low, though, and the halls are a bit too narrow, so it can be a bit trying to walk through the house.
I really need to learn how to unfuse myself... But that can wait.
